1960 MGA Roadster

Lost in Time Restoration undertook their first British sports car build with the 1960 MGA Roadster, executing a full restoration with impressive precision. The team addressed hidden body issues using accurate tools and techniques, especially on the challenging aluminum panels. Their craftsmanship resulted in flawless paintwork, clean body lines, and properly aligned gaps—hallmarks of a truly professional finish.

This project demonstrated the shop’s versatility and commitment to quality, showcasing their ability to deliver exceptional results across a wide range of classic vehicles.

The main thing that impressed me about Lost in Time was that they took the time to understand what was needed to do the job right. I thought the body was in better shape than it was. Michael and Jim made sure I knew where work was needed and figured out the correct tools and materials to make it better than new.

My car was the first British sports car they had done and when it came time to work the several aluminum panels, they came through with a fantastic result. I write this as I am finalizing the assembly at my own garage.

Everyone that comes by to see the progress asks about the paint, body lines and gaps and give me great compliments about how good it looks. I would recommend Lost in Time and hope to be able to use them again!
